Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well established company based in Leatherhead, who have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

The company are very well known in their industry, and they are a friendly, busy team. They have future growth plans, and are looking for a switched on individual with strong Customer Service and Administration skills.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to phone calls and emails from customers
  • Processing customer orders
  • Maintaining accurate records using various systems
  • Supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks
  • Prioritising tasks and ensuring that deadlines are achieved

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Educated to minimum GCSE (or equivalent) grade C / 5 or above in Maths and English
  • Previous experience within a customer focused role
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

The company offer a competitive salary of up to £27,000 plus benefits. The role is fully office based, Monday to Friday.
