Up to £75,000 (already prorated)

We are partnered with an amazing subscription FMCG brand who are looking for their new Head of Creative & Content to help lead their amazing internal creative team who bring their brand to life covering creative, organic social and community mix!

As a highly experienced, low-ego senior creative you will be excited at the prospect of having a huge impact on their brand, team and business. Reporting into the Brand Director, this is a unique opportunity to showcase your creative, strategic and leadership skills whilst playing a key senior role in their wider Brand & Proposition group.

You will be joining an amazing brand who have recently been awarded their B Corp Certificate, are building an international brand and challenge & support each other in equal measure!

The role with focus on:

Leadership:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing Content & Creative team to achieve their best work.
  • Serve as senior creative on the Brand Leadership team, enhancing team capabilities and guiding brand identity.
  • Advocate for our Ethical Marketing Policy and lead brand initiatives supporting their B Corp certification.

In-house Creative Production:

  • Lead in-house creative team to produce impactful, brand-enhancing work.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to meet creative needs and deliver high-performing content.
  • Guide the in-house editorial team to maintain a clear, consistent brand voice.
  • Work with the Proposition team to create assets for NPD and EPD launches, from product identity to campaign toolkits.

Community & Organic Content

  • Define strategy and lead growth for their Facebook community, building a case for further investment.
  • Develop and deliver organic content strategy across key social channels, utilising each platform's unique strengths.

You:

  • 10+ years of brand creative leadership, with client and agency experience (B2C and D2C preferred).
  • Proven success in leading an effective internal creative team across creative, social, and community areas.
  • Strong conceptual and executional creative skills, including copywriting, design, and brand identity.
  • Expertise in organic social content strategy and execution for brand awareness and community building.
  • Inspiring leader who exemplifies their values and drives the team to excel.

If you have a particular interest or experience in:

  • Animals, Food & Beverages, Nutrition, and/or Baby categories
  • e-Commerce, direct-to-consumer, and/or subscription models (brand management experience of products that are both physical and digital would be a bonus)
