Our client a large wealth management company is looking for a Paraplanning Manager to head up a team of paraplanners and work closely with a Senior Adviser assisting in operations.
- You will be assisting the Partner with administration needs, ensuring the efficient smooth running of the back-office support (inc diary management/KPI tracking) for both the Partner and team; focusing on best client outcomes whilst diligently adhering to (regulatory) process
- Supporting team with complex cases; technical support & training; alongside client requirements to paraplan full and bespoke client CFRs via Salesforce and supporting documentation to assist with the production of suitability letters across all product ranges and relevant approvals for business submissions (and all associated materials)
- Support Advisers with regular 1-2-1 meetings on: stats, dashboard, strategies, marketing and admin management/progress
- Support the induction of new admin; oversee implementation of training plans alongside training function to
- Support with marketing strategy, KPIs and review business targets; liaise with the internal marketing team on Senior Adviser's behalf to implement agreed strategy
- Attend senior meetings reporting issues, process/procedure improvements, training needs etc; effectively cascading meeting feedback/updates
- Project management
- Preparing client meeting packs in advance, using support systems to provide data analysis of clients' funds and investments; including protection recommendations
- Dealing with client queries via telephone, email, face-to-face or in writing as required; preparing meeting packs in advance, using financial software to provide data analysis of clients' funds and investments
- Oversee Letter of Authority (LoAs) process; gathering signed client LoAs; liaising with LoA management service (using associated systems) to receipt of complete 3rd party provider documentation
- Produce business cases documentation across all product ranges and relevant approvals for business
- Ensuring that business cases meet full Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory compliance policies and procedures
You will need to be fully competent and proficient in use of support systems, e.g. Salesforce, My Practice, iBusiness, Voyant, FE Analytics; providing full monitoring of business in progress/issued, client task and review management process; provide training and support to members of team.
You will need to be Level 4 qualified and be an experienced paraplanner looking to take the next step into management or already working in paraplanning management or operations.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days miminum expected in the office after training.
