Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Commercial Dishwasher Area Manager, you will be:-
- Covering the midlands area up to the north of England
- Looking after 30 or so engineers and their area supervisors
- Working with clients, such as supermarkets, pubs, clubs, restaurants, and company head offices as well as some retail clients
- Being out on the road for 2-3 days per week visiting engineers and clients on your patch
- Helping with recruitment, staff reviews, customer issues and liaising with the office based team
Salary and Benefits of an Area Manager
- 55k basic + a performance bonus based around your skills

Skills needed to be an area manager:-
- Living anywhere in the north west, Yorkshire, east midlands area - basically anywhere in the top half of the country would be great
- You need to have experience working in the commercial dishwasher industry in some capacity
- Having managerial experience would be beneficial but they would also look at a senior dishwasher engineer who wants to make the jump to management
- for the right person they may look at a manager from the commercial laundry or related sectors concerning commercial washing equipment
- You need to be fully computer literate and have great people skills
