Pay Rate: £150 - £250 per day (eqv. £35,000 - £43,000 net per annum)

Junior Product Management Associate

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading media brand to appoint x2 Junior Product Management Associates specifically for their Media & Streaming technology division. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to be mentored, trained and coached by leading specialists in the Product field, elevating their skills and experience for a (likely) two-year engagement.

We are seeking candidates with a keen desire to learn, who possess a positive attitude, can drive results and build relationships in a user/customer facing environment.

As an integral member of the Product team, the Junior Product Management Associate will support the review, enhancement and support of media applications, working with the team to implement workflow solutions, support planning activities and prioritisation and implementation of features within specific timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Basic understanding of data structures, applications and workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and people skills (mandatory)
  • Ability to drive results
  • 0-3 years commercial working experience (ideally in Media or Marketing)
  • Some experience in planning, data analysis or quality assurance (desirable)
  • Creative thinker who conceives ideas to solve problems and/or meet objectives
  • A keen learner, with a true desire to learn and progress their career in Product Management
  • Research required data
  • (Strong soft skills and competencies are pivotal for these hires)

Role Overview

  • Participate in system review activities and product workflow requirements
  • Work with the configuration and product team to field functionality-related questions
  • Participate with other product specialists to understand how to map legacy workflows to the existing Common Workflow Standard in order to drive business alignment
  • Aid the Product team with different activities
  • Perform duties with moderate to low supervision
  • Support the Product Managers with workflow-related requests and processes
  • Track product-related queries to completeness and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with leadership team on requirements and new initiatives within the business
