Position Overview
- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule equipment rentals and deliveries. Maintain an organized calendar for the team and manage appointments.
- Order Processing: Process rental and purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions, including contracts, invoices, and inventory logs. Ensure all files are easily accessible and properly archived.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, manage office equipment, and ensure the office environment is tidy and efficient.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal staff to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
