For the Technical Support role you will be working in a bright and modern office & will be rewarded with free parking, private healthcare and 33 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays.

Candidates interested in the technical support role should have:-

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Ideally have experience working with AV and home automation equipment
  • Previous call centre or technical support role experience

Your day as a technical support agent will include:-

  • Answering enquiries from our Partners installing our products. Support is provided via phone, Live Chat or occasionally via email
  • Collaborate with the product development team and provide feedback when necessary, through defect reports
  • Suggest knowledge base articles for our tech support knowledge base to our HQ Team
  • Participate in product Beta testing and provide feedback
