Duties
- Manage programmes to ensure high level of satisfaction, progress, retention and achievement.
- Undertake research and CPD.
- Identify and implement strategies to aid in attendance, retention, achievement and progression.
- Maintain and produce requires programme documentation.
- Lead and manage the assessment process.
- Secure and contribute to a wide range of enrichment activities.
- Undertake task management of programme leaders, lecturers and technicians.
- Prepare and deliver high quality learning activities.
- Participate in learner recruitment.
Requirement
- Have substantial experience the Further Education and Training sector
- Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (DTLLS, PCET, PGCE or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Education)
- Have previous experience working as a Lecturer and in effective programme management.
- Qualified degree in Art and Design.
- Hold GCSEs in both Maths and English, at grade A-C or equivalent
- A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
