Technical Support Apprentice

Revo-IT are a well-established computer support and IT services company based in Glasgow. They specialise in creating bespoke computer networks to fit individual business requirements and stand as the premier provider of IT helpdesk services and comprehensive support solutions.

They are now on the look-out for a new Technical Support Apprentice to join their close-knit IT Support team. The role of the Technical Support Apprentice is extremely varied, with no two days the same. You will be supported to develop skills and technical knowledge in Cyber Essentials, Microsoft 365, Cloud Solutions and Networking.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing first class technical support to our customers on a daily basis
  • Managing technical support requests, conducting initial triage and troubleshooting of hardware, network and application issues
  • Working as part of a team within a busy IT support helpdesk environment
  • Monitoring client systems and carrying out IT maintenance tasks
  • Supporting on-site client visits while shadowing an experienced IT Engineer
  • As you develop your confidence and technical knowledge within the role, Revo IT will look to expand your duties and responsibilities

Salary:

£17,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
