I am currently working with an established organisation in Blackburn with a turnover of £20M-£30M. They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team and to assist with day to day financial duties.
Your new role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the finance team. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase invoices, posting invoices, reconciling bank statements, raising sales invoices, and providing general finance assistance. You will also assist the Financial Controller and be responsible for processing around150 invoices per week. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant experience within accounts. You should be detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of invoices efficiently.
