Our Client is seeking a Junior Administrator to join their team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks and provide support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Type correspondence and reports as required
- Computerise information and maintain electronic records
- Assist in organising office events and meetings
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls
- Support the office manager with day-to-day operations
- Answering the telephone and dealing with general queries
- Admin tasks including teas - coffees, office upkeep, kitchen upkeep, stationary, heating in the office, filing etc.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills
