Job Title: Property Lawyer - Solicitor or Legal Executive
Location: Guildford or Southampton
Hours: Full-time, permanent
We seek an experienced Property Lawyer to join a top, regional career law firm. You will be working with the Financial Services Litigation team, and Real Estate Teams to deliver a first-class conveyancing service for proper repossession. This newly created role offers a progressive career path, managing your own case load.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide integrated conveyancing services for repossessed properties.
- Manage your own caseload and collaborate closely with the FSL and Property Teams.
- Help build and expand your client base, focusing on lender clients.
- Deliver exceptional client service, anticipating and responding to client needs promptly.
About You:
- Experienced conveyancer with expertise in repossessed property conveyancing (desirable).
- Experience acting for lender clients on repossession sales and post-completion matters (desirable).
- Strong communicator with a collaborative approach to work.
- Passionate about excellent client service and eager to grow the team.
