Role Summary

An opportunity has come up to work in a new role as a Trust Technical Administrator with Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (ESPTL).

Business Function

ESPTL act as Trustees for approximately 120 Share Incentive Plans, provide Trustee saving services for 15 International SAYE's and a number of Global Share Plans. One of the primary duties of the Trustee team is to ensure that the administration of the Plans is carried out in accordance with the Plan rules and legislation where this is relevant. The Trustee team also have responsibility for the assets held on behalf of the trusts' beneficiaries and, in doing so, ensuring that the beneficiaries' interests are represented in all dealings concerning those assets.

Following the introduction of the International SAYE and Global Share Plans to the products that we look after, this is an exciting time in the expansion of the Trustee team and you will be joining a small friendly team of 6 highly motivated individuals. The work is varied and, along with 2 other Trust Technical Administrators, you could be responsible for any of the following:

  • Purchasing and awarding shares under the Plans
  • The review of Statements, AGM documentation and Dividend stationery
  • Review of International SAYE documentation
  • Checking invoices and chase aged debt
  • Equity Reconciliations
  • Tax returns
  • Trust Registration with HMRC
  • LEI administration
  • Queries from Clients and Employee Share Plan colleagues.
  • General team administration

If you are flexible in your approach to work, have a keen attention to detail, can provide excellent customer service, have the ability to plan your work and want to work as part of a close knit team then we would love to hear from you!. Whilst an Employee Share Plans background would be an advantage, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to gain experience in this technical and specialised field.
