Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Start to end process of Service Charge Budgets for various portfolios.
  • Provide assistance with the management of tenancy database.
  • Assisting with rates queries, contacting local Councils, chasing rates refunds.
  • Managing Trackers.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and assist with day to day operational matters .

Key Skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong numerical and verbal reasoning.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills.

Additional Responsibilities

Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy environment and be able to provide a high standard of work and to establish a good rapport with colleagues at all levels. A self motivated individual that can demonstrate reliability, flexibility and initiative.
