A proactive Accounts Assistant is needed to join a small finance team on an interim basis for approx. 8 weeks.
Reportingto the Financial Controller, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for a range of accounting duties.
- All aspects of the sales ledger including invoicing suppliers.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Completing all ledger entries for Direct Debits, Debit Card and Purchase ledger transactions,
- Monitoring and chasing unpaid invoices.
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Assisting with monthly management accounts.
Salary: £14 - 18ph + holiday pay + free parking
Location & Hours: On site role near Tiverton, Mon - Fri, 37.5hr week.

- Recent accounts experience including sales ledger and bank reconciliations is essential.
- You will need to be organised and able to work using your own initiative.
