We are seeking a customer service professional to provide exceptional customer service and technical support. The role involves analysing and solving issues raised by customers and clients, handling queries professionally, and escalating complex issues to software suppliers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, is a self-starter, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Day to day of the role:

  • Analyse and resolve issues raised by customers and clients using effective customer service and written communication skills.
  • Handle all queries professionally and escalate unresolved issues to software suppliers.
  • Create, update, and monitor service desk incident or service tickets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up for all customers who call into the Help Desk.
  • Contribute to team, department, and business results.
  • Engage in project work and perform other duties as appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Enjoy problem-solving and have logical thinking abilities.
  • Self-starter who can work on own initiative.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work well with others and possess excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and flexibility.
  • Ability to use judgement to make decisions.
  • Confident in using a computer and main software packages.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptable to changing environments, situations, and tasks.
  • Quick learner, confident in ability to pick up new systems and tools.
  • Motivated by customer outcomes and providing a quality service.

Benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave.
  • 6-month probation period.
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
  • Office-based role in Woking.
