Our client is a small, health-focused food and beverage company. Founded around 10 years ago, they've gone from strength to strength, with a strong focus on sustainability and health. They're now looking for a NAM to lead their C&C and wholesale channels.
Description
- Actively prospect and win new business within the C&C / Wholesale channel
- Build strong relationships and grow your account base sustainably
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams including supply and marketing to ensure customer needs are met
- Use market research to inform sales strategies and account management
- Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
- Use excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Regularly report on sales performance and customer feedback
Profile
- Prior experience in C&C / wholesale essential
- Must have operated at regional or national level
- Hunter mentality with a thirst for new business
- Able to work autonomously
- A track record of driving sales growth across cash & carry and convenience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Must be able to be in Central London a couple times a week
