Service Desk Analyst, £190 per day inside IR35
9 month contract, Birmingham
Bench IT require an experienced Service Desk Analysts/1st & 2nd Line Support Engineers to join a large organisation starting ASAP working onsite full time in Birmingham which is mandatory.
*Please note that this is working full time onsite in Birmingham*
The successful candidate should have the skills and experience included below:
- Proven experience working as a Service Desk Analyst/1st & 2nd Line Support
- Excellent customer service skills to assist users in resolving their queries
- Windows 10
- Office 365 suite
- Active Directory
- Strong experience with Microsoft OS and application stacks
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or other alternatives
- Excellent communication skills
