***RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR***
We have an immediate vacancy for an efficient Receptionist/Administrator with good IT skills to join a small friendly team. The role is busy and varied, supporting colleagues and clients with a range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be seeking a long term position where they can become an integral part of the team. You will need to be well-presented with a friendly and professional telephone manner, reliable and have previous experience within a similar role.
Salary c.£26K depending on experience
Key responsibilities for the Receptionist/Administrator include,

  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails
  • Receive and welcome all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls and queries from field-based engineers
  • Daily use of Excel to producing customer invoices
  • Assist in the administration for sub-contractors and engineers
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing post and accept deliveries
  • Carry out all reasonable tasks that may be requested

The ideal Receptionist/Administrator will need the following,

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Have a good level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be smart in appearance and have a warm, friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
  • Be conscientious, reliable and have a willing, 'can do' approach
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential, free on-site parking

Hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break
