Compliance and Mobilisation Manager
Nouvo recruitment are working with a fantastic client based on the outskirts of London. Our client has taken their sector by storm going from strength to strength growing almost every day. We are looking for a Compliance and Mobilisation manager to join their Technical Services Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the process welcome packs for new sites we are taking over at least one month in advance of handover date.
- Completing minutes and any site reports if applicable within 5 working days.
- Creating contract orders and signing contracts being cautious of s.20 regulations
- Effectively track and identify resolution of snagging issues at pre handover and handover instruction.
- Assist in mobilising, re mobilising and de mobilising contracts.
- Develop contractual relationship and services provided by specialist H&S and Fire Safety consultants.
- Support managers in implementing interim measures to mitigate risk.
- Send communications in relation to Fire Safety as per the guidance - eg annual update regarding the evacuation or stay put process
- To lead with building/fire safety matters, helping with the adaptation of our operations and processes to meet the needs of a changing landscape and new legal requirements with the support of the Head of Technical Services
- Keep up to date on industry changes and mitigate risks. liaising with specialist consultants where necessary.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of QUBE
- Be up to date and good understanding of Fire, and Health and Safety Procedures
- Good understanding of Compliance
- To be precise and have a can-do attitude.
- Full UK Drivers License
- Experience in a similar year for a minimum of 3 years
