Role Overview:
Working alongside Emma at TN Recruits Law, this exceptional firm is actively seeking a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor to step into a senior role within their firm. They are looking for someone with substantial expertise in trust and estate administration who can hit the ground running. This is an exceptionally busy team, so they need someone who is capable of taking on complex cases with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of trusts and estates
- Preparation of trust accounts
- Providing expert advice on matters related to trusts, estates, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in private client work
- STEP qualification is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Demonstrated expertise in trust and estate administration
