Sub Agent required on a large civils scheme in Plymouth - for a leading contractor on a long term freelance basis.
The successful candidate will need to have experience with RC structures or concrete repairs....
Role:
- Manging the day to day and weekly programming and planning processes.
- Working alongside the SPM and commercial team.
- Ensuring all temporary work processes are carried out.
- Taking ownership for the delivery and quality of work on site.
- Liasing with the clients and sub-contractors.
Skills, qualification and competence:
- SMSTS / CSCS
- Proven experience managing teams on a construction sites.
- Highways / Civils experience.
- Design and Build / ECI experience within infrastructure.
- HNC / Civil Engineering Degree desirable.
