As an Area Sales Manage, you will be responsible for :
- Identifying new business leads and generating into clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
to customers.
- Executing a comprehensive account management strategy in collaboration with your team.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
The ideal candidate :
- Proven experience in area sales management, ideally within the highway industry or a related field. It is important to already have experience in this industry/Or have sold into the Highway Industry or Public Sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Salary:
- £40k-£50k base salary, plus commission £12k (OTE on top)

£4k Car Allowance
This role offers an excellent base salary of £50,000 + £12K OTE & uncapped commission scheme.
