Are you looking for a great opportunity that will challenge you and keep you motivated? Publica is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transaction Coordinator to join our friendly finance team.

As a Transactional Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the banking team, while also ensuring the smooth functioning of our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of all financial transactions, while adhering to regulatory guidelines in accordance with the partner councils and Publica regulations. Additionally, you will play a role in the production of data returns for government departments, external bodies and audit.

You will have the opportunity to lead on specific areas of expertise, such as cash management systems, bank reconciliation, card payments and so much more.

You will need

  • Experience of working in a finance transactional office environment
  • Experience of team leading / people management in a similar role
  • The ability to resolve complex issues and problems,
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
