Pure are delighted to be working with a well established organisation based in Upminster who require a Credit Control Manager for a 12 month FTC to cover maternity.
Ideally you will have a solid background in credit control/ sales ledger with experience supervising a team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Credit Control/Sales Ledger
- Develop and implement consistent and effective collection policies to maximise cash collections and reduce overall debt
- Monitor/measure receivable performance
- Develop and implement reporting tools to communicate the progress of the teams
- Setting weekly targets and objectives for the team
- Provide supervision and support to the teams
- Develop and implement new procedures to improve daily work flow pressures
- Maximise staff resources by identifying staffing issues and training requirements to improve staff efficiency
- Identify problem areas and provide solutions
Requirements:
- Previous credit control experience
- Ability to supervise staff
- Intermediate IT skills (Excel and Word)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
This is a hybrid position with 2 days working in the office and 3 from hom and 37.5 hours a week. Ideally you will be available for an immediate start.
