Oscar Digital are thrilled to be partnered with a London based Digital Agency who are rapidly expanding and looking for their next wave of Social Media stars! They specialize in marketing next-gen brands across Travel, Retail and Hospitality and have specialists in Influencer Marketing, Content Creation and Social Media Management.
They are looking for an Account Director to lead the team of social media managers and assistants as they craft standout content, editing content, scouting new influencers and keeping their collaborations fresh and exciting! Your role will be to ensure top quality service to their clients, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Form strong relationships with clients - make sure they're always heard and happy!
- Support your team in creating and scheduling eye-catching and creative social media content to increase and maintain audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and other senior leaders to align departmental strategies across the business
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and brand identity.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Director or similar leadership role within the digital marketing industry
- Strong background in social media strategy and campaign management, as well as client relations
