Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of accounts and manage all daily tasks associated with the account
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and produce job estimates
  • Handle sales administration tasks, which includes maintaining stock levels and producing invoices
  • Regularly meet with existing clients to maintain relationships and increase account revenue
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities and meet with prospective clients to introduce services
  • Oversee live projects, working with internal departments to ensure projects will be completed as agreed

Account Manager Skills and Experience:

  • Previous account management experience with a good understanding of sales
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and capable of forging relationships
  • Possesses strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Motivated and ambitious with the desire to succeed in a company that offers progression and career development
