Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of accounts and manage all daily tasks associated with the account
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and produce job estimates
- Handle sales administration tasks, which includes maintaining stock levels and producing invoices
- Regularly meet with existing clients to maintain relationships and increase account revenue
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and meet with prospective clients to introduce services
- Oversee live projects, working with internal departments to ensure projects will be completed as agreed
Account Manager Skills and Experience:
- Previous account management experience with a good understanding of sales
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and capable of forging relationships
- Possesses strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail
- Motivated and ambitious with the desire to succeed in a company that offers progression and career development
