Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for supporting education? A well-respected secondary school in North London is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their team and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
The Role:
As the Senior Administrator, you will be the backbone of the school's administrative operations, ensuring efficiency across various departments. You'll be responsible for managing office tasks, overseeing administrative staff, and liaising with parents, students, and staff. Your excellent organisational skills and attention to detail will help keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily administration functions of the school
- Managing and coordinating administrative staff
- Supporting the senior leadership team with diary management and meeting coordination
- Maintaining accurate records and managing databases
- Liaising with parents, students, and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with school policies and government regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within a school setting
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems (SIMS experience is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- A proactive attitude and a passion for supporting education
