Recruitment Administrator

ASEND are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic individual to join the internal team as a Recruitment Admin. This is a full-time role which will involve hybrid working. We are looking for the right person to start August/September. The salary is £22,000-£24,000 a year and is dependent on experience.

Recruitment Admin tasks:

  • Look after candidate compliance, vetting and vetting maintenance.
  • Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets and software (CRM).
  • Possibility of doing some resourcing for candidates when required.
  • Look after candidate and client paperwork.
  • Draft and post adverts when required.
  • Research and implement new strategies and techniques to improve efficiency of the recruitment team.
  • Complete checklists for candidate vetting.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer/IT skills
  • Administrative experience
  • SEN experience is desirable but not essential
