Overview: As a Paid Media Manager at our independent agency, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing paid media campaigns for our diverse portfolio of retail clients. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative paid media strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to each client's objectives, target audience, and budget.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.

  • Collaborate with the account management team to align paid media efforts with overall client goals and marketing initiatives.

  1. Campaign Execution and Optimization:
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve client KPIs.

  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing pages.

  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage client budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spend.

  • Monitor daily spend and adjust bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance while maintaining efficiency.

  1. Client Communication and Reporting:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding paid media campaigns, providing regular updates on performance, insights, and recommendations.

  • Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights, demonstrating the value of our services and driving client retention.

  1. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in paid media advertising.

  • Share insights and best practices with the team to foster continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) managing paid media campaigns, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas, strategies, and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
