An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join a well-established, independent, family-owned business in the food/drinks industry both B2B and B2C. The role will report into the Commercial Manager and will oversee a team of two. You will be responsible for implementing a solid marketing strategy and executing tactical plans across social media (FB, IG, LI, YouTube), promotions, support to the sales teams, implement email marketing, event attendance planning and management. This strategic and influential leadership role is key to promoting the organisation's purpose, vision, and values both internally and externally, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

It is a very exciting time to join the business, they have implemented a new CRM and will have some key projects coming up that the Marketing Manager will be instrumental at delivering. This role will suit either a seasoned Marketing Manager, or someone who is looking for the next step in their career!

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead the Marketing Department, developing and executing marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and evolve the organisation's social media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Support commercial and operational teams with tailored marketing strategies.
  • Oversee promotional planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and implement marketing processes and training.
  • Manage and coordinate creative content including artwork, copywriting, and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate marketing communications, media relations, events, and public engagements.
  • Maintain and enhance the company website

**Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in a marketing role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong grasp of website design and social media strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and brand storytelling ability.
  • Understanding of market segmentation and customer insights.
