Position Overview:
Rob Addy from CRA Consulting is excited to offer an immediate opening for a seasoned Family Law Locum Solicitor or Legal Executive on behalf of a prestigious and large firm based in Luton. This temporary role focuses on a purely private caseload including divorce, ancillary relief, and private children matters. The role is to commence as soon as possible and will last for up to three months, with the potential for extension.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage a private caseload with a focus on divorce, ancillary relief, and
private children law matters.
- Provide expert advice and representation to clients, ensuring high standards of legal
service.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and represent clients in court as required.
- Work independently while also collaborating with the team to ensure all legal processes
run smoothly.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with substantial experience in family law.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases involving divorce, ancillary relief, and
children matters.
- Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and drafting skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage time effectively.
