£60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits Package
We are presently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to effectively oversee and manage the engineering operations of this very large organisation with facilities in Cornwall. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you role will include helping strategically define the overall engineering operation and ensure the function delivers to time, coat and quality in all activities.
The successful candidate will oversee the management of the entire engineering team in accordance with company policies and procedures. They will also be part of the company's strategic planning team to help ensure business goals are achieved.
