Our client a leading sports and venue business are currently seeking a rare opportunity for somebody to join their exciting sales team in Bristol as a Sales Account Manager. You will be converting enquires into sales, upselling events and liaising with clients, post-event, and maximise opportunities for future business.
Your role will include:
- To deal with incoming enquiries and respond, via telephone and email, within a specified time frame
- To efficiently organise diaries and trace all enquiries within a certain period, including the qualifying of leads and progressing all enquiries with a robust trace system
- Maximise efficient use of venue inventory, pricing accordingly in line with dynamic pricing structures
- Departmental target and budget delivery
- To have a strong and balanced sales approach with a proactive and productive nature, offering a significant contribution to the sales strategy
- An aptitude for influencing and persuading others
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to trace enquiries and prospective sales and conclude positively
