Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a global business in Uckfield who are seeking an Order Processing Assistant to join their team on a fulltime, permanent basis.
As the Order Processing Assistant, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all global export orders and the overall contract sales function.

As the Order Processing Assistant, your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and input customer orders into the Sales Order Processing system within the agreed timescale
- Provide quotations for non-standard equipment to Customer Centres and Distributors
- Assist with the logistics of transporting goods where required
- Ensure all orders are correctly invoiced at dispatch and within the month
- Produce accurate detailed sales order reports as required
- Develop a sound understanding of the company's products and applications
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a busy customer service role
- Excellent telephone manner and good written communication skills
- IT literate with good organisational skills
- Desirable: Previous experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment and import/export environment
