We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead thier team and uphold our high standards of care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Lead, manage, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Maintain occupancy levels and manage budgets effectively.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Handle administrative tasks, including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or in a similar leadership role within a care setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
