Our client is a well-established firm with a strong reputation in Wealth Management. They are seeking a dedicated individual to support their Estate Administration and Succession sub-team, offering a fantastic opportunity for career growth in the legal sector.
Private Client Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Support lawyers in the administration of estates and progression of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Communicate with clients and third parties via telephone and in person
- Draft correspondence to clients and other parties
- Update estate accounts using specialist software
- Assist with administrative tasks, including diary management and case opening
- Develop estate management knowledge and hone drafting skills
Private Client Paralegal Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and a disciplined approach to work
- Precise and careful use of language with eagerness to build professional drafting skills
- Ability to take a calm and sympathetic approach when dealing with clients and their families
- Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to contribute to common goals
- Efficient time management and ability to balance various responsibilities

- Effective communication skills with both colleagues and clients
