Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 35 a week Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00)

Salary: £24,000

Own transport is preferable due to the location of this site

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success by ensuring all customer queries are addressed promptly and to the highest satisfaction levels. Your dedication to meeting SLAs and achieving KPIs will contribute directly to our goal of delivering outstanding service to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the main point of contact for both internal departments and external customers, handling queries via telephone and email with professionalism and efficiency
  • Uphold our commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Build strong working relationships across various departments within the organisation
  • Accurately and promptly complete all necessary company paperwork in accordance with established procedures
  • Use MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other MS Packages on a daily basis to support your responsibilities

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ideally within a service-oriented industry
  • Demonstrated ability and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership in resolving customer issues
  • Preferably have your own transport to ensure punctuality and flexibility
  • Comfortable working towards and achieving KPIs in a dynamic environment
