Application Support Technician
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Benefits
Hybrid Working (1-2 days a month in the office)

CPS Group are currently working with a global Data and Technology consultancy who are looking to hire a new Application Support Technician to join the growing team focusing on one of the key clients.
As a First Line Application Support Technician working in a dynamic environment you will be the point of contact for key clients, providing fast and useful technical assistance by understanding the problem and explaining a solution. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and are continually seeking to learn and develop their skills and fast track their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Provide fast and useful technical assistance including application support
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Candidate Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Tech Savvy and knowledge of office automation products, databases and applications
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
