I am working on a great opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director with robust relationships with the tier 2 & 3 contractors operating within the M25 to join an executive team. This pivotal role involves spearheading sales efforts, securing orders up to £30 million per annum, and ensuring business growth objectives and strategic direction are met.

The purpose of the role is to, alongside the senior management team, Secure orders up to £30 million per annum, driving revenue and profitability. Create tender opportunities, manage the process and convert in line with the companies target margin and scope of works which is the design, procurement, manufacture and delivery of curtain walling, commercial glazing, aluminium window and door packages between £2.5m - £7.5m. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of future and secured orders. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Oversee the day-to-day management of the Estimating team. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success and efficiency. Contribute to the overall leadership of the organisation as a member of the executive team. Participate in the development of strategic goals and objectives, aligning sales strategies with the company's vision and mission.
Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and unified business operations.
Foster a collaborative environment to drive business growth and achieve common goals.

You will have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in securing large-scale orders. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies. Play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. Be part of the executive team, influencing the strategic direction of the organisation.
