Overview:

OCS Group are recruiting for a Digital Helpdesk Apprentice to support their contract delivery team working with the Scottish Police Authority (SPA). The role is an exciting new position to support the project management team in delivering maintenance project works throughout the estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact and providing digital support to the helpdesk team
  • Raising and closing jobs and system work orders on our inhouse reactive system
  • Raising quotes and purchase orders?on our Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) System Concept
  • Working with helpdesk team to ensure seamless management of contracts
  • Managing a centralised email inbox on MS Outlook and diary management
  • Booking in reactive and PPM (pre planned maintenance) tasks
  • Dealing with subcontractors and using Excel for data entry

Desirable skills:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Administration experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Work well as part of team and on your own?

Salary:

£13,312 per annum

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
