Reed are working with a fantastic company who are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Administration Assistant to join there marketing team at the Head Office in Maldon, Essex. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills to support there marketing initiatives and contribute to the smooth running of the department.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in ensuring the department operates effectively and efficiently.
- Manage all stationery purchasing for the company and maintain sufficient stock levels.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers, predominantly printers and stationers.
- Coordinate the production of advertising materials such as banners, posters, and signage for stores.
- Engage with the business to deliver projects and help resolve issues.
- Support with compiling products and content for our country store social media feeds (training provided).
- Undertake planning and research projects to support business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when proofreading copy.
- Smart and presentable appearance.
- Strong team player with the ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
