- Manage a variety of claims from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining claim processes and updates.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth claim handling.
- Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
- Escalate complex claims to senior team members when necessary.
