Location: Birkenhead, UK
Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends
Salary: range +25k per annum, negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product information and order process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Lead order book reviews with customers
- Attend the daily production meeting, being the voice of the customer
- Liaise with the customer for re-scheduling orders, delivery cancellations etc
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills
