What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of 40 across Sheet Metal department, Powder Coating line, and CNC routers & component assembly.
- Ensure the manufacture of components and sub-assemblies meets the production schedule efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of quality while utilizing production resources effectively.
- Drive lean improvements by continually reviewing the production process.
- Manage Health and Safety within the department.
- Collaborate closely with other functions to achieve the delivery schedule.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years managerial experience within a sheet metal environment.
- Experience with modern automated and semi-automated equipment.
- Knowledge of Powder Coating, CNC routers, and assemblies (desirable).
- Strong understanding of lean methodologies and process improvement.
- Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office with excellent administration skills.
