Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
- Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, ensuring that learning objectives are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support each child's development and well-being.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold and promote the values and ethos of our school.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
