This outstanding SEN school is looking for a SEN teacher to join their team in Surrey. This SEN teacher will be delivering high quality teaching and learning to students with difficulties communicating and social interaction, typically associated with Autism. The perfect SEN teacher will contribute to the delivery and development of the curriculum and work in a non-confrontational way to ensure individual needs are met.
This SEN teacher will also set targets for each student and will assess, review, and report their progress to report back to parents and staff members. This will go hand in hand working with other members of staff as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The perfect SEN teacher will develop lesson plans analysing and self-reflecting on the outcomes ensuring lessons are maintaining pace, motivation, and challenges.
