Are you a highly experienced corporate lawyer interested in taking a step back from active BD and networking?
AJ Chambers is currently working in partnership with a Top 80 law firm with a national and international presence as they look to hire an experienced corporate lawyer into the corporate team of a key and very busy Partner.
This role will suit individuals who are looking to step away from business development activities and who want to focus instead on supervising a team and fee-earning activities. It's anticipated that the incoming individual time will be split evenly across both aspects.
This role can be offered as either a senior associate or salaried partner level.
This Partners team consist currently of 5 people, and they are engaged by clients to advise with all manner of corporate-related matters from venture capital and private equity investments to corporate restructuring and M&A. M&A work is their current main focus.
Salary for this role will depend upon experience level but will be up to £100,000 FTE.
Hybrid/remote working is on offer with the expectation being that you would travel into the London office at least once every other week.
