We are looking for someone to join our lively and dynamic team in a modern and vibrant apartment block; with over 200, 1&2 bedroom apartments. We would love someone to be the warm welcoming face tenants see when they come through the door. The role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally well organised, bubbly and enjoys being immersed in a people orientated environment.
Day to Day:
- Booking and arranging property viewings for prospective tenants, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Opportunity to take on the responsibility of conducting viewings, resulting in ability to earn bonuses.
- Managing enquiries from perspective tenants, calling warm leads to encourage viewings.
- Assisting current tenants with any maintenance enquiries, acting as a liaison between tenants and the maintenance team.
- Providing a bubbly, warm presence within the apartment block, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both current and prospective tenants.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional organisation skills to manage multiple viewings and tenant enquires efficiently.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, with the ability to engage warmly with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong communication skills both in verbal and written, in order to effectively coordinate with tenants and team members.
- A good eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the letting process are running smoothly and everything within the building is as it should be, e.g clean, presentable and functional.
- Experience in customer facing role, preferably within the lettings or hospitality industry.
