A Top20 firm based on the outskirts of Oxfordshire that can offer you a high-growth environment within a multi-specialist firm. The role will be looking after and supervising juniors as well as managing your own workload and billables. Budget supervision is vital. You will play a key part in the firm's Audits and are expected to go the extra mile to succeed.
Responsible for:
- Audit and planning with the team.
- Finalising audit assignments
- Preparation of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP (FRS 102)
- Working with and communicating directly with clients on strategies
- Experience of preparing and auditing consolidated accounts
- Monitor your assignment budgets pro-actively
- Assisting with supervision and training of junior members of the team
Required Attributes and Exposure:
- ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Three or more years in a role which includes at least 60% Audit
- Highly organised
- Accounts preparation under UK GAAP
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of multiple accounting systems
